Do I need a Coach?

Many of my friends and others I consistently see in the gym and on the internet forums, wonder “do I need a coach?”

Can’t I figure it out on my own?  Well, many of you do a great job, many of you could if you had the time to spend researching and experimenting.  But sometimes you need outside eyes and objectivity to help you reach new goals or goals that you are stuck with.  Below is a Summary of what GOYA Coaching offers, if you start to feel hopeful and happy at the thought of help, then please contact us, no obligation to explore your options.

 What Is a Superhuman Coach?

Becoming the best you can be is difficult when you’re held back by frustrating issues such as brain fog, body fat, an irritated gut or sore joints – so most people live their lives at just a fraction of their peak capacity, completely powerless to tap into their full potential or to achieve their goals as quickly as possible – whether that goal is to get a six-pack, run a marathon or perform at peak physical or mental capacity.

By working with a Superhuman coach, you will learn how to unlock often neglected areas of health for maximizing performance of your body and brain, and receive a system for using research-proven foods, supplements and strategies to make you unstoppable.  There is more to optimal health than calories in and calories out, exercise this way or that way.

All the methods, systems, and strategies that can be used to enhance your body have been created into a curriculum by American fitness coach, author and speaker Ben Greenfield. In 2012, Ben launched the Superhuman Coach Network as a way to teach and certify coaches, and then connect qualified coaches with individuals who want to enhance their bodies and minds as safely, quickly and effectively as possible.

What is a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach?

There are just over 2000 USAT certified coaches in the US and around the world.  The USAT certification program (3 levels) was established in 1996 to support the US Olympic Committee’s goals of long range planning for athlete and coach development.  After a 2 day certification clinic and written exam, the USAT Level 1 coach is certified by showing an understanding of coaching ethics and philosophies, understanding basic objectives of planning, & periodization in triathlon coaching and training, including skill and training systems.  It is the goal to use Level 1 Coaching as a basis for learning and staying current with the most scientific, safe and innovative coaching methods.  Coaches are CPR/AED certified and bound by the USOC Coaching Ethics Code Agreement.

Sound interesting?  Please tell me a little about yourself and I will get back with you regarding coaching programs available to help you meet your goals!
